Renaissance Suzhou Hotel, Suzhou (Jiangsu)

My stay at the Renaissance hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were huge and very comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Suzhou. The service, especially from Jessica, Sun, and Janisa, was top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff making sure every need was met. The location, conveniently near the new Suzhou Center, allowed easy access to key attractions and amenities, although cleanliness could have been improved. The dining experience at the main restaurant was a delightful mix of Chinese and Western breakfast options. The facilities were impressive and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
